An active lifestyle doesn't have to be tied to a specific location – it has to integrate into your life. This very idea is what sparked my work as a personal trainer. Sport has been a part of my life since childhood, and through more than ten different sports – including football, volleyball, rugby, boxing, and tennis – I've learned the importance of adaptability, discipline, and, at the same time, the joy of movement. My foundation has been fitness and strength training for over 15 years. This extensive athletic experience directly informs my training methods and is complemented by comprehensive training and certifications.

 

Especially for frequent travelers, people with irregular working hours, or a dynamic lifestyle, consistent training is often a challenge. My approach is therefore clear: training must be flexible, efficient, and sustainable – without sacrificing quality or enjoyment. Whether in a hotel gym, on board a cruise ship, outdoors, or on land: I design training sessions to realistically fit into your daily routine and give you energy, rather than adding to your burden.

 

I firmly believe that an active lifestyle combined with balanced, healthy eating habits forms the basis for a long, productive, and fulfilling life – both physically and mentally. An active body fosters mental clarity, stress resilience, and performance – qualities that are invaluable, especially when traveling. At the same time, I believe that training should be challenging, but it should also be enjoyable. Motivation, a positive training atmosphere, and a good dose of humor ensure that exercise, even while traveling, is something you look forward to.

 

As a traveling personal trainer, I regularly work internationally, including with clients on cruise ships, such as those in the Mein Schiff fleet. Of course, I also offer personal, individualized, and goal-oriented training on land.

Looking for an energetic outdoor workout? My functional circuit training, limited to 6 participants, offers variety, team spirit, and pure energy. Despite the group format, there's plenty of room for your individual goals – I'll focus on technique, motivate you, and guide you step by step. Perfect for those who want to train together but still receive personalized attention!

Instead of short-term diets, I focus on long-term success and habits that fit your lifestyle. You'll start by keeping a food diary for 1-2 weeks, which I will then analyze and use to provide adjustments.
